Our cosmetic surgery practice , which includes a fully accredited operating suite, was designed to provide patients with the most advanced aesthetic procedures by renowned specialists in one state-of-the-art facility. Cosmetic procedures are truly an art, and our physicians and staff are not only facile with the most advanced technology but perfect the art of aesthetics. We spend time with each patient reviewing the different treatment options that may be appropriate, and we encourage patients to bring in old photographs of themselves so that we can best attain the goal of a more natural and youthful appearance.
The Art Gallery at Chelsea Eye in our reception area helps to create a serene and spa-like atmosphere and reduces the anxiety often associated with medical treatments.
Dr. Joseph Eviatar specializes in cosmetic surgery of the eyelids and surrounding structures as well as injectable treatments. Our Registered Nurse, Lynn Wojton, specializes in injecatable treatments and Ultherapy. Our Aesthetician, Jane MacKinnon, provides a full range of cosmetic skin treatments as an adjunct to the surgical procedures and can develop a skin program to help maintain the results of surgery. We pride ourselves on our patient-centered approach to care, and our staff is trained to direct patients towards the procedures that best meet their needs. Whether laser surgery, a filler, Botox, or skin treatment, we can provide the service in our convenient accredited in-office surgery suite. While cosmetic surgery is generally not covered by most health plans, some procedures may be covered through flexible spending accounts, and payment plans are available.
We understand that patients have many questions and concerns regarding cosmetic procedures. For this reason, we've developed a "buddy" program where prospective patients can speak with other patients and members of the staff who have had similar procedures to get a first hand accounting of the process.
